1. About the program

Wilston Servo Rewards is a free loyalty program for Jack & Jill's Daily Store with Caltex Wilston at 282 Newmarket Rd, Wilston QLD 4051, Australia. Wilston Servo is the website name used to share fuel prices and store information. Members can earn points on eligible purchases and receive promotional offers (where consented).

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have consent from a parent/guardian if under 18.
• You must provide a valid Australian mobile number for verification.
• One rewards account per person. We may refuse or cancel duplicate or fraudulent accounts.

3. Registration and account security

• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
• You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• We use Firebase phone verification for first-time registration. Returning members log in with mobile number and password.

4. Earning and redeeming points

• Points are awarded at our discretion for eligible in-store purchases when your member QR code is scanned by staff.
• Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash unless we expressly allow it.
• We may change earn rates, redemption offers, or program benefits at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Points may expire or be forfeited if your account is inactive, fraudulent, or terminated.

5. Fuel prices

Fuel prices displayed on the website are indicative and updated by staff. Prices at the pump may differ at the time of purchase.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with our systems
• provide false information or create accounts on behalf of others without permission
• abuse the rewards program (including point fraud or sharing accounts)

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your membership if you breach these Terms, engage in fraud, or if we discontinue the program. You may request account closure by contacting admin@wilstonhub.com.au.

8. Limitation of liability & Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights for major failures, misleading conduct, or other non-excludable remedies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or program.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
